Holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a minor in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut. He received local and regional first prize awards in recognition to his efforts and creativity. Tarek worked as an Architect for two years at one of the leading Architecture firms worldwide, before endeavoring in his own design practice.
Graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor degree in Architecture. He worked at several design firms in Beirut, Germany and his hometown Amman while gradually gaining interest in furniture and product design. His attention to detail led to an extensive line of high-end retail and residential projects as well as a timeless collection of furniture.

Aperçu \ˌa-per-ˈsü\ means an insight, an immediate impression or a brief sketch.
Aperçu is an Amman based design studio founded in 2018 by the design duo Tarek & Farah. Their debut appearance in Amman Design Week first edition brought great success, as well as national and international recognition. Since then, Aperçu has participated in local and regional exhibitions and fairs exhibiting an exclusive collection handcrafted art work. The beauty behind the work is that no two pieces can ever look alike. Uniqueness at its finest!
